The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns cannot be accepted for:
  • Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

To authorise a return, buyers must contact us within 3 days of delivery. You can contact us by email at contact@crystalshoedesigns.com or via the chat option.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. A tracked post service is recommended. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Where items are made to order the making time for the new item will be same as for the original purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reach your original funding source varies between banks but is usually between 3-7 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned - 

  • custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  •  personal care goods (such as socks). 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
