Every little detail Nikki puts into this with a great level of care and commitment, from the emails she sends letting you know she is getting started with your shoes, to the laces packed into your shoes in little voile bags and placed with care, to the packaging of the shoes in their own dust bags to fully protect them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
