I knew i wanted lace vans to match my wedding dress so i approached Crystal Shoe Designs.
Right from the start, Nikki was helpful and responsive and she was able to create my perfect shoes.
She sent regular updates and pictures to make sure i was 100% happy with them before she posted them and when she did post them they arrived the next day!
I also purchased the socks to wear with them which were super cute and comfy 🤍

Having just posted a review saying how disappointed I was that the shoes hadn't arrived, and I had had no correspondence from Crystal Shoe Design, lo and behold my shoes arrived in the post this morning. I then for the first time in about a year looked in my junk folder and found all the emails they had sent me. So this is an apology - CSD, your shoes are beautiful and your customer service is great - this customer let you down and I'm sorry!
