Really liked the shoes and the socks. They were lovely.
Having just posted a review saying how disappointed I was that the shoes hadn't arrived, and I had had no correspondence from Crystal Shoe Design, lo and behold my shoes arrived in the post this morning. I then for the first time in about a year looked in my junk folder and found all the emails they had sent me. So this is an apology - CSD, your shoes are beautiful and your customer service is great - this customer let you down and I'm sorry!
